According to the Companies Ordinance section 154(1B), the director of a private company having only one director shall not also be the secretary of the company. If your company is the case, our annual company secretarial service should help you solve the problem.

• Prepare and submit Annual Return (Not include HK$105 government fee)
• Prepare forms and documents for the following circumstances:
• Appointment, resignation or changes of particulars of directors and company secretary;;
• Change of registered office address;
• Change of company name (Not include HK$295 government fee);
• Allotment of authorised shares

On Demand Company Secretarial Services

On demand services includes but not limited to the followings:

• Amendment of Memorandum and Article of Association
• Preparation of annual general meeting notice and minutes
• Preparation of special / ordinance resolution
• Increase of authorised share capital

Our fee will be charged according to situation of each individual case. Quotation will be given after preliminary assessment.
